Third Parent is proud of the services we offer for our education and outreach program including Youth Advocation and Community Navigation. Our founder, Daveea Whitmire, is dedicated to empowering the youth to further their education to inspire a brighter future for the next generation. He is a trusted resource to many in our community and an outstanding community navigator who has already helped create a positive change in the lives of many of our youth.

We will continue to live out our mission and provide resources to our communities that will break barriers, reduce poverty, and develop future leaders.
